Jacob "Jake" Scholl
A native Texan, Jake graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics and exercise science from Metropolitan State University of Denver, then from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2020 near the top of his class.
While in law school, Jake trained as a judicial law clerk for the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Denver District Court. He also oversaw small claims negotiations as a certified mediator and was the Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association.
Jake currently serves on the State Bar of Texas Leadership Committee and has been appointed to the Disability Rights and Issues Committee for 2023-24. He also volunteers as a debate coach for a local high school and lectures to high schools about civil rights.
Jake Joined Skelton & Woody in 2023, where he works on personal injury defense and insurance law.
