The firm has an extensive appellate practice, often being retained for the first time on a file at the post-trial level. We also handle regulatory matters before Texas regulatory agencies. We counsel clients on employment law matters, such as negotiation of employment and separation agreements, and we handle a wide variety of contract negotiations, including assisting Sweet Leaf Tea in building its national distribution network.
